Cooking times
The first step to cooking anything: call the sister and ask her what to do. Notes here because I'm terrible at remembering.

Chicken
- Medium heat
 - Cook until edges are opaque (10 minutes)
 - Flip to other side, cover pan, lower the heat (10 minutes)
 - Turn off heat, leave covered for 5 minutes
 
Dumplings
- Oil on pan
 - Put in dumplings
 - Pan at medium heat
 - Add in 1/3 cup water (drinking cup)
 - Set timer to 11 minutes, cover the pan
 - Remove cover when timer goes off (water should be gone)
 - Check color — leave longer if desired
 - Soak pan in water after removing dumplings
 
Eggs (boiled)
- Add eggs to pot, add water (2 inches taller than eggs)
 - High heat, bring water to boil
 - Remove pot from heat, cover
 - 7 minutes
 - Dunk in cold water
 
Eggs (over-easy)
- Medium heat
 - Put egg in, pepper
 - Change to light-medium heat (middle dot), cover
 - Egg is done when there is a faint white coating on yolk (~3 minutes)
 
Garlic bread
- Air fry bread at 375 degrees for 2 minutes
 - Spread the garlic spread, then air fry for another 2 minutes
 
If using oven, 9 minutes.
Oatmeal
- Oats to water ratio = 1:3
 - Boil water
 - Add oats, reduce to medium boil
 - Cook for 5 minutes, stir occasionally
 - Turn off heat, cover, and let stand for 1 minute
 
Pork
- Medium heat
 - Cook each side slowly until nice & golden brown on each side (4 minutes per side)
 - Cover the pan, turn off heat, let pork sit for 8-10 minutes depending on thickness
 
Salmon
- Set air fryer to 375 degrees
 - Place skin side down first, then flip
 - 10 minutes each side, might need a few more minutes if salmon is chunky
