The first step to cooking anything: call the sister and ask her what to do. Notes here because I'm terrible at remembering.

Chicken

Dumplings

  1. Oil on pan
  2. Put in dumplings
  3. Pan at medium heat
  4. Add in 1/3 cup water (drinking cup)
  5. Set timer to 11 minutes, cover the pan
  6. Remove cover when timer goes off (water should be gone)
  7. Check color — leave longer if desired
  8. Soak pan in water after removing dumplings

Eggs (boiled)

Eggs (over-easy)

  1. Medium heat
  2. Put egg in, pepper
  3. Change to light-medium heat (middle dot), cover
  4. Egg is done when there is a faint white coating on yolk (~3 minutes)

Garlic bread

If using oven, 9 minutes.

Oatmeal

Salmon

  1. Set air fryer to 375 degrees
  2. Place skin side down first, then flip
  3. 10 minutes each side, might need a few more minutes if salmon is chunky
