S: factorio makes me a worse person

V: how so

S: a lot of factorio is about efficiency
S: picking at things, making them more compact
S: aesthetically pleasing
S: but functional
S: and something always breaks

S: i am the type of person who likes to start and finish project A before going to project B
S: but project A doesn't finish because something breaks, so i have to go over there and fix it, and then something else breaks again elsewhere, so i have to go over there and fix that
S: and so on and then suddenly we are out of a resource and we need to go to a new planet to craft new smelters that are more efficient
S: and then we import those back, but then our prior infrastructure now needs to be upgraded with these new smelters
S: and the smelters aren't the same size
S: so we have to redo everything

S: and suddenly it's 5am
S: how did we spend 12 hours here
S: and then i'm grumpy because my project A!
S: my project A!

Have I mentioned that Factorio has stolen my mind? Factorio has stolen my mind. I know how I get, so I don't play it when I have other things I want to give time to. But E asked so kindly to continue our playthrough, so here we are.
