Roasted brussels sprouts recipe
A recipe from Laura.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs brussels sprouts with ends trimmed and cut in half
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp maple syrup
Instructions
- Mix the brussels sprouts, 2 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper
- Spread on a cooking sheet
- Roast for 30 min at 425 degrees until golden brown (I tend to like them on the dark brown side)
- Mix the remaining oil, vinegar, and maple syrup with the roasted brussels 1. sprouts. YUMMO!
