Swedish apple pie recipe

A family recipe from my husband's side.

  1. Slice apples thinly
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
  3. Whisk eggs and white sugar until fluffy
  4. Blend whisked eggs and sugar with white flour and melted butter
  5. Oil pie tin and coat with breadcrumbs
  6. Place mixed ingredients in oiled pie tin
  7. Place apple slices vertically into mix
  8. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top (optional)
  9. Bake for 40-50 minutes

Tip: The batter can seem to be too little, but it will grow a lot. Squeeze in a lot of apple slices!
